Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years’ experience implementing privacy, security, or other compliance policies into corporate tooling and practices.
  • 4+ years’ experience executing at-scale technical capabilities and driving compliance by design or privacy by design architectural solutions into software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience with artificial intelligence techniques and concepts
  • Ability to manage projects across engineering teams, working with various stakeholders, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to show progress in the face of high levels of ambiguity.
  • 1+ years’ experience in responsible AI approaches including Red Teaming, mitigation and measurement
  • 1+ years’ experience in model, data or information governance
  • Experience in academic and/or industry research.
  • Experience with programs that include legal and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams across Gaming to ensure success in the development and implementation of Responsible AI policies, programs, scorecards, and tools for Gaming.
  • Provide actionable technical requirements, mapping operational guidelines to specific technical needs across engineering products.
  • Creating guidelines, best practices, and repeatable design patterns.
  • Evangelize and educate the Gaming organization on Responsible AI.
  • Developing feature specifications and requirements to enable Responsible AI compliance tooling and at-scale architecture
