  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    o OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical program management across multiple geographical regions or on a global scale, driving requirements, managing schedules, and identifying, managing, and mitigating risks.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

  • 1+ years’ experience visualizing data using Kusto, Grafana, or Power BI.

  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of business and engineering stakeholders to drive impact.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, assess opportunities and develop principles to prioritize multiple strategic and tactical solutions options.

  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable presenting to a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership teams.

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with datacenter critical environment concepts (examples: electrical distribution and mechanical cooling systems).

  • Knowledge of engineering methodologies such as agile development and sprint planning.

  • Manage risks effectively to guarantee high availability and operational efficiency.
