What you will accomplish:

• Seller Performance.
  Develop and implement the annual operating plan for your sellers. Help them to understand what drives seller performance at eBay and lead them in implementing the plan.

• Grow Selection.
  Work with your sellers to understand selection opportunities to coordinate an inventory of cards and memorabilia for our customers..

• Improve Buyer and Seller Trust.
  Manage eBay's buyer and seller trust metrics through projects that help customers feel more comfortable buying and selling on eBay.

• Improve the Customer Experience.
  Work with consumer insights, sellers, and buyers to identify customer struggles and communicate their impact to cross functional teams for triage..

• Business Reporting
  : Dive deep into the business to understand the key levers/drivers and report on the business critical metrics including conversion rate, ASP, top buyer/seller growth, listings growth, lead time, CSAT and more on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Site Merchandising:

What you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility as a business owner in an online retail or marketplace environment. Merchandising or Startup experience valued.

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred or equivalent

• Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership approach to drive performance against agreed critical metrics

• Deep insight into the digital sector

• Effective at coordinating cross functional teams

• Ability to prioritize and adapt strategies to meet changing marketplace trends

• Experience influencing & negotiating with external partners

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Experienced at negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with third parties in complex negotiations

• Executive-level presentation and communication skills

• Bonus = Passion for Sports Memorabilia with a broader interest in Collectibles/Vinyl Records including experience in the space and/or relationships with key industry players

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
