About the Role

The primary responsibility of this program manager will be to assist the team with successfully managing strategic programs on the roadmap for 2024. This will include, but not limited to global policy harmonization, launch and scale of support for new products (Connect, Rent etc) and user experience improvement projects.

Proficiency in project management, data analytics, and stakeholder management is essential for success in this role. The responsibilities include providing support to cross-functional teams within Community Operations for the successful manage & implement change projects throughout the EMEA region.

What you'll do

• Manage Strategic Projects: Lead the execution of key initiatives such as policy harmonization and user experience improvements across EMEA.
• Data Analysis: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify broken experiences, recommend improvements, and manage changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and align with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Governance: Develop and maintain strong governance and meeting cadences to drive project performance.
• Support New Products: Collaborate with product teams to support the launch and scaling of new products, ensuring integration into the rider experience.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for the customer, addressing rider pain points and enhancing the support experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Program Management Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of experience successfully managing complex projects within the technology sector, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying potential issues, proposing effective solutions, and making data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to align project goals with overall business objectives and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Extensive experience working collaboratively with diverse teams, including engineering, product development, marketing, and other stakeholders. Adept at facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless coordination among various departments.
