Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading the creation and execution of the Channel Plan in Nordics and assigned accounts together with the Sales team.
Implement best in class range proposals and activation programmes based on a category led approach incorporating strong shopper insights to drive a change in shopper behaviour.
Collaborate and influence EMEA Portfolio and Marcoms teams through insights on competition, shoppers and market trends to support campaign and product launch relevancy.
Collaborate with external creative and merchandising agencies to support execution plans.
Supporting business operations with accurate budget management and business planning to deliver financial and non-financial goals.
Work with iconic brands: Command™, Scotch®, Futuro™, Nexcare™ & 3M Safety.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Undergraduate or professional diploma preferred
Experience in Retail Account Management or Trade Marketing
Strong analytical aptitude
FMCG Background
Experience in project & stakeholder management across countries
Excellent communication & influencing skills
Fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish
