This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
Key responsibilities
Maintain outmost proficiency in English language while handling customer inquiries.
Provide support to all customers requests from EMEA/AP/AMER region.
Timely processing of service requests from all the case queues and assigning them to technicians within SLA.
Become an expert in Salesforce and InContact telephonic tool.
Ability to handle customers calls from AMER /AP/EMEA region.
