CML’s Treasury Management Product Operations and Support team ensures product and client success by working closely with product managers, sales, client service, onboarding, risk, technology, and other value chain partners. In this position, you will contribute immediately, bridging the gap between the Product function and critical Project and Process Management needs with a primary focus on product maintenance vs. product intent.
Responsibilities will include:
Become a subject matter expert on our Treasury Management set of payables, receivables, and liquidity products and experiences, both from a front-end and back-end perspective
Partner with client facing associates to understand product & client issues and ultimately drive to resolution in a well-managed process
Partner with technology and vendor teams to dive deep into more challenging product issues
Collaborate with Product Managers and content developers to ensure our client facing associates have the required knowledge to assist clients
Aggregate client feedback and recommend product enhancements to improve the overall client experience
Work with our risk partners to coordinate responses to audits or assessments and oversee the remediation of issues
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication and partnership skills, to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Have the ability to quickly learn complex products through hands-on experience, review of functional and technical documentation, and analysis of data
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts
Have the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment
Demonstrate the ability to dig in, analyze data and document requirements
Have strong problem solving skills
Have excellent presentation skills
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a large organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 1 year of Project Management or Product Management experience
At least 1 year of banking or Financial Services experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s Degree
At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Management experience
At least 2 years of experience with Commercial Banking products
