CML’s Treasury Management Product Operations and Support team ensures product and client success by working closely with product managers, sales, client service, onboarding, risk, technology, and other value chain partners. In this position,you will contribute immediately, bridging the gap between the Product function and critical Project and prioritized imperatives needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Support a multi-faceted project journey to transform our core banking platform into the “Bank of the Future”
Partner with Enterprise and Commercial Technology teams to integrate customer and account specific capabilities between Online Banking and Payments applications with the Core platform
Project activities will include defining Commercial specific requirements and capabilities for Deposit and Treasury specific products as it relates to client and account information
There will be a continued focus to rationalize and standardize the Commercial liquidity products with an additional outcome of achieving data standardization
Learning and training to understand the Commercial liquidity products will include understanding the full lifecycle of each product, specific processing rules, challenges with existing Liquidity products, and becoming familiar with financial industry standards
Collaborate with Product Managers to support the intention of the core platform journey that accounts for current product capabilities, current pain points, and future opportunities as it relates to client and account capabilities.
Serve as a resource to other cross-functional initiatives that involve the liquidity product portfolio and platforms which support these products
The ideal candidate will:
Have the ability to quickly learn complex products through hands-on experience, review of functional and technical documentation, and analysis of data.
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts
Have the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment
Have excellent communication and partnership skills, to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Demonstrate the ability to dig in, analyze data and document requirements
Have strong problem solving skills
Have excellent presentation skills
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a large organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 1 year of Project Management or Product Management experience
At least 1 year of banking or Financial Services experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s Degree
At least 1 year of system integration experience with a focus on data and interface management
At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Management experience
At least 2 years of experience with Commercial Banking products
