As a Sr HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and delivering efficient and effective HR support to employees and managers.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee HR operations, including employee data management, HR systems, and HR processes
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
