KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process HR service requests in CRM system(Salesforce, S-Now) according to SLA and manage employee data in internal systems,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process employee onboarding andoffboarding activities, including paperwork, system updates, and filemanagement
Administer employee benefitsprograms, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Create HR documents such as e.g. offerletters, employment contracts, employee verification or other types of lettersand HR documents.
- Provide support for and take part in HRprojects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition,and employee engagement programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries andprovide guidance on HR policies and procedures and maintain HR records and files incompliance with legal requirements and company policies.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion
- Fluent German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- 1-2 year working experience
- Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills and interest in HRtopics
