In this role, you’ll oversee the strategy, revenue goals, and operations across all verticals while mentoring a talented team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

• Coach and Develop Talent : Train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing ad sales team with deep expertise in key assigned verticals.
• Shape Advertising Solutions : Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor Uber’s advertising offerings and build go-to-market strategies that address customer needs.
• Build Strategic Partnerships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agency executives, creating Joint Business Plans and securing Annual Commitments.
• Drive Results : Lead your team to exceed revenue goals and consistently deliver exceptional results for Uber’s top advertising partners.
• Optimize Processes : Audit and refine sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational excellence.

• Experience : 8+ years in digital advertising and at least 7+ years in sales management, with a proven ability to build and scale successful sales teams.
• Leadership : Demonstrated experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams, with strong business acumen and emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Strategic Thinking : Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable for internal teams and external partners.
• Process Expertise : Ability to design, audit, and improve sales processes to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Digital Advertising Knowledge : In-depth understanding of digital and mobile advertising, including emerging trends and innovations.
• Project Management : Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight timelines.
