In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for an international internally managed staff augmentation program. You will execute on all tasks and processes within contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. You will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of staffing suppliers to ensure they meet PNC’s standards and objectives. You will be responsible for partnering and driving change with LOB partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workers.
Job Description- Provides operational support and guidance to fulfill the organization's contingent labor needs by interacting with end users and focusing on system and administrative functions. May consult on vendor engagements and identifies/manages associated risk with the goal of improving vendor performance and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform regular process functions within contingent labor program application(s). Provide end user support of all processes and applications.
- Interact with end users and third-party suppliers to gather requirements and lead the process to drive operational excellence. May assist in supplier management, risk mitigation and audit functions.
- Coordinates and maintains collection of program metrics/analytics to drive operational excellence and end user satisfaction.
- Participates on ad-hoc projects such a, but not limited to, reporting, presentation development, vendor forums, vendor audits and scorecards.
