Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in service engineering, software engineering, network engineering, or systems engineering
- Or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience managing and improving an enterprise service, including support for Production systems.
- 3+ years experience as service administrator for Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform.
- Proficient troubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android
- Proficientusing PowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvement.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship- based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United states federal,state, and/or local(or applicable country) United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
- Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product specific Engineering Certifications.
- Experience with Agile project implementations across diverse teams and geographies.
- Proficient with C#, Json, Python language with PowerShell/VS Code.
- Ability to understand problems, decompose them into smaller problems and use technical articulation skills to collectively solve.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
