• Own a portfolio of top restaurant partners , acting as their trusted advisor and growth strategist.

• Build strong relationships through email, calls, and in-person meetings .

• Drive revenue growth by upselling marketing products like ads and promotions.

• Use data and KPIs to track performance, identify opportunities , and build scalable success stories.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Ops teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.

• Roll out best practices, train partners, and help them make the most of our platform.

• Share market insights and learnings with internal teams to keep us all improving.

• Champion Uber Eats’ mission and values in every conversation and interaction.

• +4 years of experience managing large or enterprise-level commercial accounts.

• Proven track record in upselling , client management, and growth strategy.

• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills—you know how to make numbers make sense.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and solving complex problems on the fly.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or the restaurant industry is a big plus.

• A proactive, self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a drive to get things done .
