Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end employee experience strategy, ensuring all systems and touchpoints reflect a seamless, modern, and people-first experience.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday, Oracle EBS, and other critical HR, Finance, and Legal technology platforms to enable scalability, compliance, and personalization.
  • Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across People (HR), Finance, Procurement, and Legal Technology to streamline and digitize employee-facing operations and enterprise workflows.
  • Drive innovation in Enterprise operations, incorporating fintech solutions, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers, technologists, and experience designers focused on enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact, user-friendly tools that improve the day-to-day experience for employees and managers across all supported functions.
  • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to continuously measure and improve employee experience outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years in leadership with expertise of implementations and integration of enterprise systems and digital transformation.
  • Extensive expertise in Financial systems including Oracle EBS and Coupa.
  • Proven success in leading complex, enterprise-wide technology or experience transformation initiatives involving People, Finance, and Legal systems.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday (and similar HRIS platforms) is essential.
  • Strategic thinker with strong systems thinking, program leadership, and change management skills in a global context.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across business, People (HR), Finance, and Legal functions in a large, matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

The annual base pay for this position is: $239,854.00 - $359,782.00
