Core Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Lead and oversee global social media channels, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Drive content development, creative execution, and community management.
- Analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize engagement, messaging, and overall impact.
- Stay informed on industry trends, identifying innovative methods and emerging channels for outreach.
- Partnership Marketing:
- Develop a B2B partnership strategy using customer insights, third-party touchpoints, and external partners to expand reach in key channels.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, aligning on goals and priorities to create impactful joint marketing plans.
- Drive marketing plans including positioning, messaging and content.
- Co-create high-value content, including thought leadership, case studies, and articles. Identify third-party platforms such as industry blogs, forums, social and partner channels to distribute content, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Tailor messaging and storytelling to resonate with shared audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Seamless Execution:
- Oversee agency and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring seamless execution, budget alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Integrate key partnership initiatives into global campaigns, programs, and events to maximize impact.
- Lead content creation and messaging strategy, ensuring brand consistency across digital and third-party touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Experienced leader in global B2B marketing, social media management, and partnership marketing.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive execution, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in technology industries, translating complex concepts into compelling marketing narratives and thought leadership.
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.
