Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of end to end talent sourcing experience
  • 1+ year(s) of technical recruiting experience
  • 1+ year(s) of project management experience
  • 1+ year(s) experience in recruiting AI (Artificial Intelligence) Talent
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in planning and coordinating industry conferences and events, including developing marketing/attraction assets, tracking ROI (return on investment), and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, professional networks, and academic collaborations, to identify and engage with high-caliber AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) talent.
