· Deliver a support service by performing a root cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolving support incidents reported by global customers
· Report bugs to Development Support department
· Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers
· Monitor critical support incidents
· Ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support
· Participate in local or global projects
· Maintain high Customer Satisfaction in all customer interactions

· Fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.
· Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).

· Preferred Technical Knowledge:
o Understanding of the HTTP protocol communication (POST, PUT, GET, etc)
o Familiarized with Web Services communication protocols (JSON, XML, WSDL, SOAP, etc)
o Familiarized with Cloud Computing environments (API, SaaS, SAML)
