All HR Analystsin a comprehensive training program in July and August. Training begins with a Citi orientation followed by technical training and soft skills trainingpresentation skills, communication skills and leadership skills. This training willthe ability tocontribute to their
Markets, Services, Wealth,and Functions) and one of the following HR functions:
• Learning and
Diversity, Equityand Talent Management
• Workforce IntelligenceTalent Acquisition
• HR
• HR CAO (Chief Administrative Officer)

Analysts are required to move to a Human Resources role different from a summer placement or rotation for all placements. The goal of the second rotation is to help broaden HR skills, knowledge of the organization and expand networks.
We want to hear from you if…
• You are currently pursuing a BA/BS degree (graduating in December 202- June 202
• It is preferred that you currently have a GPA of 3.3 or above
