What you’ll do:

  • Provide support to customers on all levels; from onboarding, product adoption, and business aspects (renewals)
  • Understand and assess customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
  • Consistently grow and maintain revenue across existing clients
  • Educate customers with marketing materials and product documentation
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant internal teams
  • Introduce and train on new features

What you have:

  • 2+ years of experience with digital marketing / Saas products / sales development
  • Excellent multi-task management, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese
  • Business proficiency in written and spoken English

Bonus Points:

  • Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products
  • Preferred experience with mobile advertising
