How you’ll spend your day
- Development, target setting, monitoring, analysis and final calculation of periodic bonuses for internal and external customers
- Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed
- Data visualization
- Help with the deployment and support of newly introduced features
- Work with the business (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to understand processes, data and product performance in order to develop solutions resulting in financial growth/savings
- Monitor market and business processes, outcomes, software and operations in order to identify opportunities and develop solutions to: improve process, outcomes, and performance
- Proactively develop analysis on market conditions, competitors and our own product lines
Your experience and qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience or 3-5 completed projects
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in working in different business areas and business models
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Expertise in statistical methodologies in order to understand complex market dynamics
- Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment
- Ability to learn, design and automate processes
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Assertiveness, problem solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, time management, adherence to deadlines, accountability and creativity are required
