Development, target setting, monitoring, analysis and final calculation of periodic bonuses for internal and external customers
Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed
Data visualization
Help with the deployment and support of newly introduced features
Work with the business (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to understand processes, data and product performance in order to develop solutions resulting in financial growth/savings
Monitor market and business processes, outcomes, software and operations in order to identify opportunities and develop solutions to: improve process, outcomes, and performance
Proactively develop analysis on market conditions, competitors and our own product lines
Your experience and qualifications
3-5 years of experience or 3-5 completed projects
Demonstrated experience in process improvement
Demonstrated experience in working in different business areas and business models
Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Expertise in statistical methodologies in order to understand complex market dynamics
Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment
Ability to learn, design and automate processes
Demonstrates strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
Assertiveness, problem solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, time management, adherence to deadlines, accountability and creativity are required
