Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Caucasus and Central Asia markets. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the consulting industry. 2. Brand Management: - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and business association platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize results.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital tactics to drive online engagement and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. 5. Team Leadership: - Provide guidance and support in the development and execution of individual marketing plans.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region. - Report on financial performance and adjust strategies as needed. 7. Client Engagement: - Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop client case studies, testimonials, and success stories to support marketing efforts. Requirements:
1. Education: - Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus. 2. Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the professional services, audit, or consulting industry.
3. Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the Caucasus and Central Asia markets.
