Your Impact in Role

• Craft and lead the growth of active riders for core products including UberX, Taxi, Comfort, UberXL, Black
• Optimize business performance and rider experience by finding opportunities and proposing impactful solutions
• Adapt new products and features to Hong Kong in coordination with operations and product teams all over the world
• Analyze complex data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in communication channel, sign-up and incentive programs
• Be a passionate advocate for all riders and driver partners. Be able to answer any questions that come your way in a fast-moving environment

The Experience You'll Bring

• 3+ years of growth operations, demand generation, strategy, planning, or similar experience
• Data-driven mindset to solve complex business problem with use of data analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate SQL skill with prior practical experience in previous jobs / projects preferred
• Experience in developing scalable solutions in a dynamic environment with strong business acumen preferred
• Bias toward action with strong executional power
• Experience in project & stakeholder management
