What the Candidate Will Do

  1. Strategic campaigns planning, development and implementation for user acquisition, focusing on scalability.
  2. Executing impactful campaigns with a strong bias for growth and business results, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  3. Managing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency across campaigns.
  4. Leading and coordinating projects with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Product, and Community Operations to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes.
  5. Serving as the POC for growth-related subjects, providing regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  6. Gaining a deep understanding of the user journey and early lifecycle funnel to better tailor growth initiatives.
  7. Conducting thorough research to gather insights that inform campaign strategies and enhance user understanding. Implementing the learnings from already existing research.

What the Candidate Will Need

  1. Experience: minimum of 3 years in a growth marketing or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  2. Performance marketing experience: experience working with other performance channels such as paid search and affiliate marketing
  3. Cross-channel marketing: experience in creating and managing cohesive campaigns across multiple media channels, ensuring a unified approach to user acquisition.
  4. Biddable media expertise: proven track record of managing biddable media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels. Ability to optimize advertising spend and maximize ROI through real-time bidding processes.
  5. Targeting precision: skilled in utilizing advanced targeting options to efficiently reach and acquire specific user segments.
  6. Data-drive: ability to identify opportunities, measure impact, and use data to influence the organization and prioritize customer value, and to interpret complex campaign data and make informed decisions quickly. Capable of adapting strategies in response to analytical insights and changing market conditions.
  7. SEO, SEM and other and web performance tools: understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and proficiency in using web performance monitoring tools.
  8. SQL knowledge : basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus

  1. Communication: excellent skills in framing and communicating complex issues to influence stakeholders. Ability to draft rider-facing content for social media and other owned channels.
  2. Strategic thinking: customer-centric approach to strategy with a clear understanding of the impact of your actions.
  3. Project management: outstanding project management abilities with experience managing cross-functional projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  4. Language: fluency in English, any other CEE language will be a plus
