This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.
AT&T has an opening for an IT Project Manager with Network Specialization to support the Program Management Office in leading project execution initiatives across program functional areas
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute project tasks.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report on project status to all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Facilitate the definition of project tasks and resource requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in creating and implementing a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of IT products, services and systems.
- Experience in resolving problems and taking corrective action to resolve and achieve results.
- Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

- ServiceNow, Tableau, Splunk or experience with other data visualization tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- ITIL Certification
