Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure team alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Enter and update data accurately into computer systems.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and customers.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure when necessary.
  • Openness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of relevant work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

Administrative PM's earn between $89,200 -$167,642. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
