Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure team alignment and effective decision-making.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems.
- Maintain electronic filing systems.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and customers.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure when necessary.
- Openness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of relevant work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

Administrative PM's earn between $89,200 -$167,642. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
