Order Management Specialist
Your role:
- Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
- Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
- You have 2-4 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics;
- You have fluent English language (B2 or higher level);
- You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management);
- You can take ownership and have strong communication skills;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP)
