- 8 years of experience as a semiconductor process/yield engineer.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including technical leadership and executive communication.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data.
- Experience with Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) productization and SoC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
