Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Semiconductor Process/Yield Engineer.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Material Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and testing.
- Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data, and with SoC and PMIC productization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and people skills.
- Solid track record of technical leadership and executive communication.
