About this role:

This role willbe responsible forproviding administrative support to the Auto Chief Risk Officeand Consumer Lending Risk Strategy & Planning Director, as well as helping other Risk leaders as needed.

Consumer Lendingpart ofConsumer Lending Risk, tAuto Lending RiskAuto Lending front line, the larger Risk organization, andan integrated, consistent, and efficient operating model across Consumer Lending Risk.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage incredibly busy executive calendars that often change multiple times throughout a given day and require fast turnaround service.

  • Schedule a high levelof complex travel arrangements that are also often subject to change.

  • Prepare executives’ expense reports and approve expense reports for the direct reports.

  • Participate in leadership team meetings both as an active participant/member and as a note taker/scribe.

  • Facilitate setup and assistwith delivery of meals for team meetings.

  • Serveasexpertinformation source on companyand organizationpoliciesand procedures.

  • Collaborateeffectively with other administrative assistants and leadership team members to resolve issues and achieve team goals.

  • Interact with externalparties, includingcustomers, vendors, and recruiting candidates.

  • Serve on special projects or committeesasappropriate (e.g.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years ofExecutiveAdministrativeAssistant experience.

  • Strong calendar management experience.

  • Experience organizing, preparing & coordinating meetings or team events.

  • Outstanding organizational, time management skills and willing to take work independently.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience handling confidential material in a professional manner.

  • Administrative support experience in banking, financial servicesand/or technology.

  • Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual and local team environment interfacing inperson, electronicallyand by phone.

  • Proficiency in communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines.

  • Experience withMS Office,Workday,and Concur.

  • Experience managing SharePoint and Team sites.


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week on-site).

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

  • Relocation assistanceis not available for this position.

  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate supporting leaders in different time zones.
