As a Senior Associate of Process Management in the Enterprise Platform Technology organization at Capital One, you will identify and execute on high-priority knowledge management-related priorities for the developer community with a focus on increasing clarity, efficiency, and standardization. As a member of the Knowledge Enablement team, you will work with smart and passionate people in change management, engineering, product management, and design to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s technology transformation and developer experience. You will take on important and exciting responsibilities from day one, working frequently with cross-collaborative teams to tackle complicated challenges, identifying and delivering effective solutions that are frictionless for users.
Responsibilities:
Decompose technical-topics and vernacular into simple-to-use, easy-to-understand language for partners and customers
Identify and help implement process and operating model improvements that make it easier for our Tech community to contribute, find, or leverage knowledge that’s needed to their jobs effectively
Create and facilitate training workshops and artifacts that support self-service objectives
Craft and deliver compelling narratives to influence action on improvement-related opportunities through a variety of verbal and written formats
Develop a deep understanding of the strategic intent of the work, effectively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and resolving challenges across teams
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and within stated timelines
Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with partners and senior leaders
Report on the effectiveness of results delivered and develop insights from metrics
Lean in to get work done in support of broader team objectives, even if that work is outside of core delivery responsibilities
Work accurately and often autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changeable priorities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of Process or Project management experience
At least 1 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, content strategy, or content creation for technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of Process or Project management experience
1+ years of experience with Git, GitHub, Markdown, or HTML
Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Measurement certification
