Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Brand Activation Specialist will work to positively develop the adidas brand image and achieve commercial KPIs through a holistic range of marketing strategies; including ATL/BTL marketing, paid media execution, PR, events, social and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Brand Communication strategies and execution for adidas Pacific, including key category areas of Brand, Running, Football, Training, Outdoor and Originals.
Support in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including asset localization, media buying and agency communications.
· Ensure Category and Brand Plan executional excellence, monitor, and report on performance against the Brand and Business KPIs.
· Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Brand Communications department, including product ordering and invoice management.
· Drive the local market seeding strategy in collaboration with Sports Marketing, ensuring social and media reach of key product campaigns.
· Support market analysis including, but not limited to, competitor, consumer and category trends.
· Work closely with the Sports Marketing, Digital Activation and Omni Channel activation teams to deliver holistic marketing strategies.

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. relationship management, facilitation, etc.)
· Basic MS Office skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree, preferably in marketing/business/communications
· Marketing experience: 2+ years
· Fluent in English
