- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in product management, pre-sales engineering, or technology consulting roles.
- 5 years of experience managing and developing managers.
- 1 year of experience developing sales strategies to lead a team in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
- Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Director/Manager who has led Sales Engineering managers and engineers.
- Experience with software lifecycle, build tools, and architecting/developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience in the digital industry and sub regional knowledge.
- Understanding, curiosity, and passion for the small and medium business landscape.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
