Drive the thinking for enterprise-level planning, execution, and dependency management processes, leveraging original insights, external learning, and stakeholder feedback.
Provide thought leadership to frame strategic questions, define recommendations, and articulate a case for change to executives.
Identify opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with clear mitigation strategies and solution options to improve planning capabilities.
Design and run rapid experiments and data analysis to test hypotheses, learn, and recommend paths forward.
Define and lead change management strategies as we innovate on our planning processes.
Champion and communicate our planning strategy, building organizational discipline and connecting strategic goals to tactical execution.
Drive executive communication by presenting a clear point of view and influencing others to take action on the most critical areas with compelling, data-backed arguments.
Act as a key partner to Global Architecture teams and other Business Operations groups to improve planning processes and tooling, reducing complexity and increasing execution velocity.
Drive process success and stakeholder empathy by collecting and analyzing voice-of-customer data to accelerate decisions and outcomes.
Own key relationships across the enterprise to remove roadblocks and friction in our processes.
Work with the team to support the operations and customer success of our in-year planning processes, which translate company-wide annual goals into action.
Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience leading strategic transformations at a large technology or fintech company. Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a strategy/business operations team is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Portfolio Management and the Product Delivery lifecycle, including investment management, resource management, dependency management, and agile software development.
Proven experience in process design for scale, including requirements gathering, analysis, and collaboration with product management.
Deep experience and understanding of company-level strategy, operating models, and performance drivers.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, end-to-end problems—from framing strategic questions to generating innovative recommendations.
Proven ability to formulate and lead organizational change management efforts, communicating with impact and providing transparency to stakeholders.
Strong driver of cross-functional teams, decisions, and outcomes, while navigating and clarifying ambiguities.
Preferred: Strong academic record preferred. MBA, or equivalent experience, from a nationally recognized institution is a plus.
