Secure execution excellence. Establish and lead effective governance, business performance cadences, and planning structures that provide clear visibility into key performance drivers and required actions. This includes building robust pipeline and forecast management processes and accountability frameworks.
  • Undergraduate/post graduate degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven relevant experience
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization that requires an ability to advocate and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficiency in English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues, evaluate strategic options, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience driving planning, execution and performance tracking across diverse markets.
  • Advanced business planning capabilities, including experience designing and executing innovative, commercially driven sales strategies and operational processes including business case development to support strategic investments.
  • Skilled in driving business tithes trough forecasting, pipeline reviews and performance tracking across planning cycles.
  • Good understanding of business channel structures, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics—paired with the ability to identify and act on new growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams, including diverse stakeholders across geographies and functions, to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience delivering compelling presentations and insights to senior-level executives.
  • Relevant work experience in strategy consulting or business development is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
