• Manage day-to-day agency and client Ad Sales, Strategy, and Account Management.
• Develop and execute ad partnership strategies to create long-term value for Uber’s CPG Clients, aligning with clients' marketing objectives and goals.
• Handle external stakeholder management with media and creative agencies, maintaining direct client relationships from account executives to director levels.
• Build executive relationships across marketing decision-makers within client organizations to increase preference and unlock stakeholder influence.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, or annual planning cycles with agencies and clients to influence budget planning and set common objectives.
• Utilize creative storytelling and data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.

• CPG/FMCG brand background at brand, agency, or media vendors.
• Understanding of digital media, brand marketing, and full funnel strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting advertising strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.
• A sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to employ creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs and develop innovative advertising solutions.

• Experience working with CPG brands on a global scale, with an understanding of local and regional market nuances and developing strategies that resonate across different geographies.
• Understanding of various measurement and attribution models to accurately track and demonstrate the impact of advertising campaigns.
• Analytical skills to interpret data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies for CPG clients.
