Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will
Responsible for creating and winning service-sales opportunities for DI products (Cyclotron, MRI, CT, PET-CT, CATHLAB, MI, XRAY and Mammo Products)/solutions/services in an assigned territory. Person will drive individually, Service commercial business for his assigned area, meeting his OP through-Maintenance service Contracts, spares, DI upgrades, new initiative sales, handle major key accounts, Be the voice of the Customer, collaborate with all internal stakeholders and focus on Receivables creating a reoccurring steady cash flow and reduce past dues.
Responsible for overall revenue generation of the assigned modality and area/Customers.
Responsible for cash collections of the assigned modality, area, customers and business.Drive, coach and Mentor AR executives assigned to self on business cash targets.
Responsible for New product sales in the assigned modality and area.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to commercial skills and analytic thinking required to solve business problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 6+ years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field.
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Strong capacity and drive to develop career
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent negotiation & closing skills
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel
Valid motor vehicle license
