•Manage key strategic initiatives within the FCSD TSO organization & fill the pipeline with future high-impact strategic projects
•Act as a point of contact for the FCSD TSO team; assist in advocating for us customers by solving hard problems that matter
•Take a customer-focused approach to framing the business opportunity for new products and services
•Actively support and/or lead multiple projects including development of detailed tasks, milestones, objectives, scope, and timing
•Leverage problem solving skills to create process maps that capture current state and identify gaps that detract from the ideal customer experience. Provide recommendations on ways to remove lead time and other forms of waste.
•Collect, analyze, and interpret data to form actionable insights
•Bachelor’s Degree required
•2+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, product planning or similar
•1+ years of experience in project management or project milestone deliverables
