Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned clients, and leading the commercial aspects of the relationship.
  • Manage and lead customer contract renewals and up-sells.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and present customized solutions leveraging the Optimove platform, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Work closely with the CSM's to understand each client's platform usage, ensuring optimal performance and ongoing optimization.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices, continuously enhancing your product knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with internal teams (Sales, Product, CSM) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the marketing technology (MarTech) industry.
  • Prior experience managing a book of business greater than $2M ARR.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a smooth and successful contract extension process.
  • Negotiate contract terms that are mutually beneficial for both our clients and our company, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences across multiple industries and verticals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with a Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • A passion for learning and staying on top of the latest marketing trends.
