Role Summary
- As Sales Operations Proposal Manager you facilitate and lead the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process to help position Jacobs to win large / complex opportunities and develop meaningful client relationships.
- Develop distinctive value propositions that enhance Jacobs’ competitive position.
- You will leverage your regional and global network to identify and put forward Jacobs’ unique capabilities and resources; and will organize, direct, and motivate multidisciplinary opportunity teams to develop sales deliverables for specific proposals.
- The Sales Operations Proposal Manager works autonomously and has the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In order to be successful, you will be a self-starter, develop creative solutions to tackle challenges, create a team environment and support others.
Here's what you'll need
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or any technical / related discipline from a college or university.
- Quick comprehension and a critical, analytical thinker who connects the dots and comes up with insightful ideas to continually and sustainably achieve work and clients.
- Ability to facilitate teams in developing and maturing fit-for-purpose, client-centric solutions in all submissions and external / outgoing deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and highly developed soft skills relating to facilitation, influencing others and instilling an inclusive culture within the opportunity team.
