Asa Litigation Attorney at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work inour Litigation Center of Excellence (COE) located in Charlotte, NC. TheLitigation COE is responsible for handling all global litigation andarbitration matters for Honeywell, including commercial litigation, productliability litigation, and third-party subpoenas and supports intellectualproperty litigation, government contract disputes, and investigations. Reporting directly to our General Counsel for Global Litigation, you willbe responsible for providing support in various aspects of dispute resolution,including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence, drafting legal correspondence,creating key fact- and legal-issue packets, reviewing court orders and rulingsto ensure compliance, and assisting in preparation of deposition and trialmaterials. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of ourlegal strategy and functional initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assisting with ongoing and potential litigation, arbitration, andpre-litigation disputes
•Fact research and development
•Drafting discovery responses
•Liaising with business witnesses
