- Leverage BI tools to grow existing business and acquire new business.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, SRE, Support, Sales Ops, and Legal as needed.
- Be responsible for the success of the customer portfolio; analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage of JFrog’s products (evaluate product adoption).
- Contact customers throughout the lifecycle to discuss metrics and identify obstacles to increase adoption.
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce.
- Develop customer relationships to promote loyalty, cross-sell, and upsell, including expansion opportunities and the renewal process for a portfolio of customers and new business.
- Work closely with the Demand Generation team to drive and follow up on targeted campaigns to increase usage.
- Drive and help develop sales plans to strategically expand product adoption, share best practices, and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success within the customer base.
- Manage the sales pipeline across new business and upsell opportunities to Enterprise customers.
- Partner closely with the SDR/BDR team on inbound leads to maximize the close ratio.
- Meet or exceed your quota for Inbound Sales Qualified Leads.
- Be responsible for renewing existing business and expanding within each account.
To be an Account Manager, SMB at JFrog, you need...
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in subscription sales or previous roles as an SDR/BDR.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A driven, responsive, and ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
- A high level of empathy - it’s important for our AMs to be good to peers and prospects.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, creativity, and strong writing skills.
- Experience in managing and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Quota-carrying experience, including forecasting.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $70,000 to $85,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
