Product Support Engineer PIC iX (m/w/d)


Your role:

  • Product Support Engineers have a major impact through the quality of the service provided to others (technical and professional) and through their service and customer orientation skills:

  • Provide support for associate products/solutions in diagnosing, troubleshooting systems and act as experts for the team inside and outside

  • Consults with others on complex issues. Influences functional management in the BU, local field and key customers, including R&D in CX

  • Thorough understanding of the world-wide field organization including the multiple field roles and tasks that each perform

  • Be the champion for the support customer in the PM marketplace, specifically lowering the cost of ownership and increase customer satisfaction

  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of product support/servicing processes to drive improvements

  • Challenge the status quo and develop and drive new ideas in solution support

You are the right fit if:

  • You possess broad technical knowledge of Philips Central Station (PIC iX) and related product support processes.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to handle critical customer escalations.

  • You bring extensive technical expertise in healthcare informatics products and clinical applications.

  • You are proficient in technologies such as Information Systems Networks, Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Windows Server, Visual Studio, etc.), Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, and have strong troubleshooting skills.

  • You excel in teamwork, can assess and drive corrective actions or new ideas, and effectively communicate with the Field and Customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • You have a background in Biomedical/Hospital IT or extensive knowledge in this area.

  • You hold a degree in medical informatics or applied science.

  • You have certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or CWTS, or equivalent.

  • You have demonstrated experience in customer-facing support and product support engineering.
