What will your job look like
- Provide remote technical support, troubleshooting issues encountered in the field.
- Develop quick, creative, and effective solutions for diverse system setups.
- Travel internationally at short notice to deliver on-site, hands-on support for complex technical challenges.
- Play a key role in project kickoffs, supporting campaign launches across multiple countries.
All you need is
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support or an engineering-related role.
- Proven Linux expertise, particularly in scripting and automation.
- A strong multidisciplinary understanding of ECU, microprocessors, network devices, sensors, and system integrations.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
