- Envision and strategize large WW grocery scale projects, thinking beyond conventional boundaries to drive innovation and growth.- Provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support senior management in decision-making.
- Establish and optimize mechanisms and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead efforts to integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies for advanced analytics and data management.
- Work in close partnership with various teams, including data engineering, Software Development Engineers (SDEs), product management, and business teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects.
A day in the life
- Perform Analysis of business requirements and translation into technical requirements. Independent realization of requirements for Business Intelligence and custom software development products. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.

- 10+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
