This role requires the ability to listen, engage effectively with Global Risk subject matter experts, ask the right questions, communicate with clarity, multi-task, meet deadlines, and translate complex processes and services into simple action steps.
Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a deep understanding of company strategy, products, services and processes, and excellent analytical abilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing/Communicationsor Management disciplines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships and influencing at the executive level without direct authority
- Significant experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding for the financial industry and its laws, rules and regulations.
- Experience with developing presentation materials for Senior Executives and for large teams
- Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent MS office skills
- Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for all audience levels (analyst/specialist to executive-level)
- Strong change management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Works well in a collaborative fast paced environment.
