Job Description SummaryJob Description- Provide leadership for GEHC SaaS Processes, which includes creating and owning SaaS blueprint and process design flows across GEHC.
- Partner with teams in the segments, regions, and functions to create and implement a cohesive SaaS transformation roadmap across current and future digital products, including acquisitions, to drive change and onboard them to the new SaaS digital thread capabilities.
- Lead business process engagements, alignments, and standardization of the SaaS transformation strategy. Create strategic documents, roadmaps, and plans, in alignment with the organization's overall business goals and priorities.
- Partner with customers, segments, and regional leaders to define and implement the customer journey transformation to SaaS models.
- Establish SaaS standards, baseline SaaS process maturity, and continuously improve the process maturity YOY as GEHC makes new advances with software products.
- Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks to ensure effective oversight and management of the transformation program.
- In partnership with the SaaS Product and Engineering leader - Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for the transformation program, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, centers of excellence, and extended IT teams to influence, resolve conflict, problem solve, secure buy-in, alignment, and support for the transformation projects.
- Manage the portfolio of projects and initiatives that make up the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and risk management.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the program, and regularly report on program performance to stakeholders with transparency, integrity & per expectations.
- Lead a high-performing senior process team providing coaching and guidance with a problem-solving mindset.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future iterations of the transformation program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
15 + years ofexperience across business process, program management, or digital transformation
7+ years of experience leading direct and indirect teams
- Proven track record of driving global teams to deliver on business and program goals
- Experience leading and implementing large-scale SaaS transformation initiatives in healthcare or Industrial domains
- Experience influencing senior leadership and executive communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS or MBA is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously
