Responsibilities

• Supporting the larger ITC team in the area of tax compliance and accounting while coordinating with regional, functional teams to ensure consistency and standardization of global processes.
• Review of consolidated working papers supporting various global filings, including Sales and Use tax filings for our U.S. operations, and various other, global, indirect tax obligations.
• Lead projects and implement new processes and controls in response to changes in the business environment, such as new tax requirements, changes in technology standards, and internal process changes.
• Owning the regular monthly close process as well as externally facing statutory reporting activities.
• Maintaining world-class reconciliations of all G/L accounts and integrity of financial statements at a transaction level.
• Supervising compliance related activities performed by various third-party support teams

Experience and Relevant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA / ACCA, CIMA, JD is a plus.
• 8+ years general ledger accounting and indirect tax compliance experience is required.
• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Experience in automation technologies preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Great teammate and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, engaged by a fast-paced environment and handling challenges and tight deadlines with ease.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills. SAP Financial System experience, or other ERP.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$84,800 - $146,900
