Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the needs assessment, design, development, delivery and measurement of onboarding, skills training, and continuing education for field sales organization.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify needs, develop solutions, and deliver programs that enable high performance.

  • Optimize the field sales team’s learning and proficiency through effective coaching and application of learning.

  • Collaborate across multiple functions in the organization to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.

  • Develop new and maintain existing curriculum to meet organizational goals and needs.

  • Design, manage and drive an engaging and effective continuous education program to reinforce training concepts using learning technology where appropriate.

  • Train and coach sales management through train-the-trainer events in preparation for product or service launches supporting a cascade of learning to the field sales team.

  • Partner in design, build and facilitation of training content for sales events (e.g. Area meetings, NSM).

  • Support building and managing external vendor partner relationships.

  • Maintain a close relationship with HR partner; align training with talent planning to the overall organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field.

  • 7+ years of Medical Device or Healthcare experience.

  • 5+ years of SCS Neuromodulation professional experience.

  • Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Knowledge of online learning management systems and web delivery tools.

  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory and implementation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality results with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator and coordination of multiple training events.

  • Demonstrated skills in effectively conducting training in the following forums: one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning utilizing web conferencing tools and other tools.

  • Experience with User Experience Design.

  • Experience with Salesforce and associated Learning Management Systems/Sales Enablement Platforms.

  • Working knowledge and interest in the evolving healthcare landscape.

  • Extensive knowledge of sales skills, processes and methodologies and/or previous sales experience.

  • Work Environment / Travel:

  • 40-50% travel.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
