As the Indirect Channel Manager for Clinical Applications and Devices, you will drive business growth by developing and expanding distribution channels for consumables and sensors, working closely with clinical partners, distributors, and internal teams to implement strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Your role:
The Indirect Channel Manager will be pivotal in developing and expanding distribution channels for clinical applications and devices, focusing on consumables and sensors. By implementing strategic initiatives, this role will enhance market reach, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution of go-to-market (G2M) strategies.
Team and Stakeholders:
This role involves close collaboration with clinical partners, major distributors, and internal stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with major partners, establishing clinical partnership agreements, and working with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.

- Experience: You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare and medical supplies and sensors. This role requires an individual contributor with a proven track record of managing channel partners and driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Your skills include expertise in partner relationship management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and performance analysis. Proficiency in CRM software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Bonus skills include experience with commercial innovation and co-creation methods.
- Education: You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Requirements: You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position:
